Knowledge of questions I asked therapist. Always pleasant. Greeted me by name as I entered. Nice soothing atmosphere in waiting area.

The esthetician was knowledgeable and provided an excellent facial. When I told her I just wanted a classic Clarity facial, she did not push extra services or products. Plus, it’s a very relaxing atmosphere. You really feel pampered.

I had a fantastic massage. Also, everyone was so nice to me. I will definitely be coming back very soon. I've already booked my next appointment.

I was welcomed with a friendly smile and an offer to of water or tea while I waited for my appointment time - very nice touch. My therapist really took note of my areas of concerns and made sure to address them during my massage. She asked me throughout if the pressure was good as well. Her flexibility with schedules was a huge added plus.

The staff was flexible and was not rushed even though I was the only customer and the eclipse was starting soon. They were also flexible as I had originally made the appointment for my daughter but she was too young. They allowed my daughter in the room and discussed the importance of skincare appropriate for her age.

My massage was amazing. She rubbed my face, cheek bones, jaw and no one has done that before lol. It was wonderful

Therapist was very knowledgeable and checked in with me during services and we even talked about other services their location offers. The front desk staff let me know verbally about safety features and restroom location.
