The reception staff is always kind and welcoming. Elena is very warm and skilled and a great listener. The facilities are attractive and clean.

Convenient location Time frame that worked for me I wish the "scalp massage" add-on option was longer. I was hoping it would be at least 5 mins. that is my only issue if you call it that. other than that, no issues.

My massage therapists is very knowledgeable and thorough. I enjoyed my previous facial also.

It is relaxing just to enter the building. There is no puch to buy products. Very helpful filling out form. Friendly atmosphere. Called me by name as i entred. Massage therapist inquired about my problems. There is no rush to get up and get out. I usually hate to leave, I am so relaxed. Everyone is so nice.

From the moment I arrived and throughout my visit I felt like a valued customer. The receptionist was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and explained all of the forms. The massage therapist was very professional. It had been 20 years since I last had a massage due to a bad experience. My visit to Hand and Stone has totally changed my mind and I plan to get monthly massages moving forward at this location.
