I love the store...it's so inviting and has wonderful merchandise......always a pleasure to go there.......the staff is friendly and helpful......so glad the store came to Setauket.....I've recommended to several friends who also are steady customers......really appreciate free delivery when I can't get out

Store personnel are always extremely helpful and friendly. The store is organized and merchandise is of high quality

I had brought a recently purchased feeder to the store because I felt disappointed that it did not allow for a proper cleaning. The associate immediately showed me how to dismantle the feeder to clean!!!

The young lady in charge was very knowledgeable about the bird food and all different kinds of bird feeders. She was available, but not hovering as we browsed around the store.
