Tyler Danuser was a great help in selecting new tires for my truck. He gave me a bunch of options to choose from and was very helpful in the process. The service was quick and effortless.

Everyone was super friendly and I got in and out of there quickly. Prices were good and I wasn’t sold anything that I didn’t need.

Everything on the quote was completed as specified. I was extremely impressed that in approximately 2 hours time all of the replacement parts were complete. I came in for an oil change (good price) and during a routine inspection there were key part replacements that I was advised to address. Ball joints, shock absorbers and a wheel bearing that would not meet the next inspection requirement. More importantly, they were potential safety issues that would not have been discovered during an oil change at our dealership.

Was highly satisfied w visit because of the friendliness and professionalism of employee my husband and I dealt with (Antonio Davis). He was also very knowledgeable about what to do to take care of the issue I had w my vehicle. The other nice thing we liked was the ease of checking in w Antonio and getting right in for service because when I called earlier Antonio let me know when the facility would be done w the scheduled appointments. Also the pricing was reasonable for the service I received. One other thing, Store Manager, Tyler Danuser, was very friendly, professional and informative of services provided. Our visit was truly an enjoyable one and we’ll definitely return for other car services when needed. We will also recommend this Big O Tire location to our friends, neighbors and anyone else we happen to talk to on this topic. We’re so glad Big O Tire opened this location near where we live
