Big O Tires

I had a low tire. It was holding air, but wasn't sure about the stability. Called at 5p and got right in. Sure enough it was a nail. They had the tire repaired and my ticket in hand in 20 mins. No charge also because they were Big O tires. Great service! Thank you.

After brake work completed and I left your shop I experienced a loud noise from under the auto and vibrations on the steering. When Inl returned it was determined that the lug nuts on the front left wheel were not properly (loose) torqued. Could have been dangerous.

I was satisfied with the treatment and attention that I received. I feel the prices are inflated. They broke a lug nut stem and I had to pay for it. When I came to get the car I witnessed a service tech sort of bullying another tech. He used the F-word in the lobby. Classy….

I was quoted a price of $36 dollars for a part and was charged $82 Previously I bought a tire that was the only one they had in stock and paid $400

It was a very nice facility, they also got me right in and witha time that worked perfectly. They were nice and kept me posted about the things I asked about. And explained things to me
