Big O Tires

The process from making an appointment to the time it took to replace all 4 tires was amazing! Even in a busy location at 2 in the afternoon they were able to get me in and out in a snap with 4 new tires in an hour for a decent price. And the associate in Cottonwood is fantastic and attentive to all customers! I really appreciate the service provided here!

I found dripping oil under my car and had to go back twice to get it resolved. I needed a drain plug for my car and it was ordered from O'reilly. After about an hour I asked about the delay and found out O'Reilly did not have the part and never communicated that to Dario or Chris. This is bad customer service by O' Reilly. It not only inconvenienced me but tied up a lift at Big O. NAPA was called and had the part there in minutes. I was happy with how the final charge was handled.

When you book an appointment for work it should be done reasonably close to your appointment (1:00 apt). I came back to pick up my vehicle an hour later and it hadn’t been touched. They would have put another car in front of mine if I hadn’t been watching. They finally took my vehicle in 1.25 hours after the appointment I had scheduled. When asked why it was done I was given an excuse that they were busy. The only thing I got was an apology and a thank you for being patient. Not very likely that I will go there again, last resort.
