I had a slow leak and they found that the tire had a sidewall puncture. it was under warranty and replaced. I also replaced two other tires. This was my second visit and both times, was satisfied.

Was just nothing special about the visit. Business has declined drastically over the years & it has become painfully aware to me that based on the lack of professionalism, overall disdain from employees having to work there & less than impressive atmosphere, I will be going elsewhere in the future. Though I have spent a lot of money in the past, it appears that was due to folks that no longer work there that knew they’re jobs & liked what they where doing for a living. I feel the business is currently having to dip to the “bottom of the barrel” for employment. That has always spoken more negatively to me about the leadership, than the workers. It’s sad, unfortunately, but true. ALL the people I knew that worked there are gone. Every one of them & on more than one occasion it was made aware to me by those previous employees that the owner of this business is where the ultimate fault lies.
