Tire size not available. Promised 7:30 Monday. Had to send employee and promised at 10:00. Came back at 10:40 and took more than an hour to put on a tire.

ended up waiting for over 4 hours for tire change and brake service. I was quoted for the 4 tires, however, no quote was given for the brake service (front and rear replacement) and it ended up being the most expensive brake job I have ever gotten for the vehicle (~$500 more than any brake service I have had even with pad and rotor replacement - even the dealership was less expensive!). I don't mind the upsell but feel ripped off at the extremely high price tag). I have to take the vehicle back in for an Alignment check as the Hunter machine was not working properly and the brakes are now making a grinding noise (noticed the next day when driving - so vehicle is just sitting until I have time to bring it in). I realize they got busy, however, it looked like the tech got pulled off my job several times to work on something else and then returned to my vehicle. This was my first time choosing Big O, and I am leery of returning, unless this was just a one-off bad day. Please look into the pricing for the Brakes, the price appears way off. Thank You

Hire competent workers. Double check your work. A free flat replacement ended up with a damaged rim that I would have to wait over a week to get replaced. The only reason I found it was because they didn’t fill up the tire with air so I had to stop at the gas station to put air in. Not only did they damage my rim, they changed my cap to a bland black one, not the original chrome and green cap. Then, instead of waiting 2 weeks for the damages rim to be replaced, I agreed to buying all new tires if they take the price of the rim off. Another day down and when I pick it up I check it before I leave. They forgot the cap on one of the tires, had 15 pounds of air less than it says on the door in every tire. Then to top it off, they said my TPMS sensors are bad. WTF? They were working just fine before. They said to come back next week and they will replace them. No thank you. Don’t want your workers touching my truck again.

I bought two tires at 99 dollars each 30 dollars each for mount and balance and then an additional 18.79 for shop supplies. Was that the air in the tires .so after tax 310.42 will not be back

My privacy was invaded and an employee got my contact information from the vehicle forms. I was harassed by this employee and made uncomfortable.
