I felt that the esthetician tried to sell me something: an expensive product, a different service that I came in for.

My appointment was at 7:00 p.m. I arrived early to purchase a monthly package and was helped by the receptionist. However, the therapist didn't take me back until almost 7:30 and finished at 8:00. Also, I asked her to concentrate on my neck, back, shoulders, arms and hands because I sit all day at a computer. She spent half of the time on my legs and feet.

The therapist I saw was amazing. I stopped coming to this location for a long time due to limited number of good therapists staying there. Now I’ve come back again, found a few great therapists and they seem to be leaving again. My amazing massage was interrupted multiple times by employees carrying on a conversation very loudly in the break room near the massage room.

Time spent on massage should not include dress and consultation. Would like more product and massage methods used during massage time

I feel like my massage was less of a massage and more so just trying to target pressure points and the hands weren’t moving. My pressure points weren’t targeted it just felt like her hands were tired.

Received a massage Green spa gift card for christmas. I had called ahead of time and asked if it would be ok to use and was told they were still honoring the massage Green gift cards. But on the day of the massage she wasn't able to find the gift card in the system so I wasn't able to use it so now it's just useless because she said there's only one massage Green left in Michigan

Massage was great but the reception was SO loud, I could hear every word. It was very distracting, and my therapist had to apologize multiple times about it.

Have only been once , I feel I don't have enough time in to make judgement on all Hand &Stone has to offer. I'm sure they will offer an excellent experience, but I have yet to try everything they have . In time I look forward to experiencing all they have to offer , but feel a 1 time expert isn't enough.

Cost increase. The monthly fee counts as a point instead of an amount. I was charged two points for a 90 minute massage when the extra 30 minutes is only $40. I feel that is shady to charge someone an entire "point" ($80) for 30 extra minutes. Not too happy with this change.

1. Not relaxing - room was too noisy and could not drown it out. This has been an ongoing issue with this location. 2. Could not even tell that CBD oil was used even though I paid for the upgrade 3.
