I was very satisfied with my visit. Corissa did a very good job. I would book with her again.

I could feel the therapist breathing on my face when I was laying on my back for the neck and shoulder portion of my massage. I had to focus on breathing the opposite that she was so I wasn’t inhaling her breath. It was super uncomfortable!

No products to purchase. Was not offered water after service. Appt started almost 20 minutes late

We’ve been long-time customers, starting when the membership was priced at $60. While we understand that Massage Green had increased the rate to $70, the further increase to $80 by Hand and Stone has made the service less affordable for us. Additionally, the limitation on shared visits under the new policy has reduced the flexibility we previously enjoyed. We hope these concerns will be taken into consideration for future policy adjustments.

This location needs a water cooler.

Noise and conversations outside of the room could be heard clearly the entire 90 minute massage. I recommend insulating the walls or minimize conversations while there are clients actively getting massages. It was very distracting.

Changes since the change from Massage Green. Prices went up, yet the services were less. No more using the hot towels during the process. Don’t get me wrong, Kelli still did an amazing job as usual.

I have not been coming to this location due to being unable to find an available therapist when I am available.

Everything was great. Id like to suggest having small pillows for clients to utilize while laying on their back during treatment. The "hole" where the face goes while lying down is not suitable for use as a pillow when lying on the back. Other than that, everything was great.
