Abby is a great massage therapist. Checking in and out is always easy. There’s normally no wait. Cost and reduction of benefits is the only downfall.

In a short time membership costs have increased twice. It's approaching a level that is not a discount for maintaining a monthly commitment.

the place is nice and friendly - however nobody told me as to the fact that I am billed monthly - I am travelling a lot and from abroad - therefore not allways monthly available - was not informed to the fact that I would be automatically charged.

Your receptionists are cold and the mandatory survey, especially for members is ill thought out, not client friendly, and a pain the rear.

Massage therapist was wonderful in every way! However, my room was next to the reception/ lobby area. I could hear other clients throughout my massage. In particular, one incredibly loud gentleman. Usually you’re asked to be quiet while in a spa. Also the check in and out is in the lobby and didn’t feel very private. I booked with a spa finder gift card only to be told after my visit that this location didn’t accept them like the Chesterfield office.

I'm satisfied, but it's not the value that it used to be. That's the bottom line

I get prices go up - but now you have to pay for firm pressure - 20 plus for an add on that was $10 or 3 for 2. Nothing changed as far as staff or building but you are charging high end pricing in a low end neighbor hood. I would keep but the pricing does not allow me to
