Hand and Stone

It was no fault of the therapist or Hand and Stone, it is just hard to do a deep full body massage in 1 hour alone. I personally prefer longer appointments, but this was a gift.

They need thicker sheets and blankets they are worn and thin

I felt like the massage therapist was in training. There was really not much pressure being applied to my body. It was just an ok massage.

I was very satisfied. However, I'm positive I asked for hot stone add on and didn't get it - but I didn't pay for it either so that is OK. Also, my massage therapist was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but I was looking for more of a relaxing massage. He used more pressure *NOT HIS FAULT - he asked and I said it was fine and I'm happy with the results* but he stated he was more of a medical massage therapist where in my mind I was looking for more of a relaxing massage with less pressure. I did need more pressure (I just didn't know it), so again, not complaining really, it just wasn't what I expected going into it.

Truly had a medical situation and they were going to charge me the full amount of the massage however I scheduled the appointment within 5 hours and 2 hours prior to my appointment I came down with a cluster headache and called to see if I could switch to another day the girl who answered the phone said no and basically hung up. I came into my appointment be grudgingly as I could not afford to give up this massage appointment.

For the increase in cost and the change in membership rules, not wort the monthly fees

I am very satisfied with my visit. Every time I come in; I have a great experience. I have been a member for years, and I also recommend your services to all. I also have booked your services for my staff members.

I believe massages are healthy and benefit to the body, but they are expensive and can be costly after tip and if you have add ons. I feel that I schedule an hour massage but they end up being 45-50 mins only and those extra few minutes would be nice to have for what I pay.

All was well but could Be better . The price is to high for a hot stone massage

I am not really happy with the price increase on my monthly membership
