I was just satisfied as the prices are not insignificant. Plus I want to tip the therapist well which drives the price even higher. The two therapists I have seen there multiple times are both great, pleasant to talk to and seem very knowledgeable about their craft

Have to rush changing clothes. Lucky to get 45 minute massage. Would like to get an hour.

If I was on a beach somewhere tropical, I would be highly satisfied LOL

The cost is high.

My therapist came in at 8 minutes after the hour and finished 6 minutes before the hour. That's not a 60 min massage

My therapist is excellent. My only issue is the price increase. I hope I can continue my membership into the New Year.

No hook to hang my coat and clothes in treatment room. Cardboard boxes with supplies stored in treatment room and i is had to put my things on top of those boxes

The online booking is not user friendly. The syetem continues to make new accounts when trying to book online even though I have a current account. Also, when the receptionist combines my account, I am no longer able to log-in online using my account/password without assistance. The online system is a deterrent to making more appointments.

Pricing keeps increasing. I pay and expect an hour massage, but only receive 45 to 50 minutes. The hour includes check in, evaluation, undressing, and dressing.

The cost has increased substantially since Hand and Stone took this location over. I will search for a less expensive option
