Hand and Stone

The aesthetician spent a lot up time trying to upsell me. I don’t like that.

I understand that Massage Green was bought out by Hand and Stone, but nothing has changed with the location, services, or scheduling, yet you increased prices for an existing member. This was really part of the reason i was reluctant to sign up for a membership, so I might not renew it.

The price increase makes it very hard for me, someone who views massage as a health necessary, to believe the company cares about anything but profit. It feels like the company wants to appear that it caters to “luxury” clientele. I have been coming here for 8 years. Maybe now I will look elsewhere.

Masseur did not follow my initial instructions. Later corrected it. Started 5” after I undressed and in position

I was satisfied. I live 70 miles away and not sure when I’ll be back in the area

Was not as upscale as could be. Doesn’t have a new fresh look. Could be more 1st class

I am not very happy with how the transition went from massage green to the new owners. I am going to have to drive more than 45 minutes to be able to use the final credits that were put on a gift card. I also am not happy with how expensive the massages have gotten overall so I would like to use my credits and end my membership.

My original appointment was changed twice. I didn't know I had to fill out information on myself again which took time away from my massage.

The therapist was outstanding, but my initial impressions of Hand & Stone are not good vs Massage Green. H&S policies are rigid and less flexible and more expensive than Massage Green for exact same service from same therapist in same room. My wife can no longer use my monthly appointments or credits as many times as she wants and we pay $10 or $20 (for deep tissue) more than previously
