Again the reduced locations equals less convenience and value to schedule a massage quickly. It’s aggravating to pay more and get less. Do not like new policy that there is a fee to gift a household family member a massage from your membership. Considering using a home massage therapist service again as rates are now comparable. I can pay for a service whenever I want and not be locked in monthly and I dont even have to drive there

I go the the spa for a massage about every three weeks. The first time I heard about the change from Massage Green to Hand and Stone was when I got my reminder email the day before my massage. When I came in there was all kinds of laminated sheets on the counter explaining new policies but because of other customers there was no chance to read them. What used to be part of the massage (deep tissue) is now an add on. When I asked about the change in the policies all they told me is that my fee will be going up $20 per month (plus add ons). When I checked out they had the wrong credit card on my file. The worst thing was that after I filled in a lengthy personal questionnaire on a tablet and hit submit, there was a whole list of other peoples information on the tablet. When I questioned people having access to my personal information I was told "Yeah - that is kind of a glitch". Not a good experience and I am looking to finish my massage credits and leave.

Only problem was the beat up condition of the massage chair. Did not feel comfortable touching it

Was customer of another location that closed. This new location is 20 minutes farther. Previous location was cleaner, more peaceful, and much less chaotic feeling… more spa-like. I’m only going to stay if my current therapist stays. Would only recommend this location for skill of therapist not the actual location.

The change of cost in membership. The same service is going up about $40 which is eliminating any type of value for having a membership.

Good service. The therapist did a good job on me.

The new location is not convenient and the other locations are too far. The membership rate has also significantly increased which is questionable. It just had an increase.

Just raised prices very quickly , now add ons to raise it higher if you want deep massage on top of that.

Don't like the price hike.
