Everyone at Hand & Stone are very professional, yet very user-friendly. The facility is very clean and welcoming. My therapist is fantastic. I always feel very relaxed when I leave which is the objective.

The rating of the service depends largely on the therapist. I happen to have found ROSE, who is an excellent therapist. She gives her heart and soul into the massage, which is the way it should be. I can't say enough nice things about her, but she is the #1 reason I am a Hand and Stone customer.
