The experience and the people were wonderful. The paperwork was ridiculous. I purchased for my sister. She tipped. Copy of entire bill sent to my sister. Not cool. Also. I received a million reminders for the appointment. 3 texts, 2 emails and a phone call. Pick ONE. The multiple reminders were crazy.

My room itself was great. Just didn’t like being able to hear the room next door talking or the front desk.

Perhaps my definition of “highly satisfied” is of a higher standard than this survey was intending(?). The massage and facial were both very nice. The massage was particularly more nice. Having had many massages and facials over my lifetime I wouldn’t say they blew me away with how good they were, but the two services I received were both very welcome and I can say nothing negative about them. I don’t believe, however that this means I need to answer “highly satisfied” on every rating area.

I just don’t like how you cant use your money in your account the way you want. You have to use a whole payment for a 30 minute upgrade so you are forced to pay out of pocket for it or use a whole payment. Or you are forced to buy add ons you don’t want so you don’t lose your money.

The massage was wonderful and very helpful. My only problem was the woman who booked my appt did not explain that I would lose my free massage if I chose to pick the 90 min vs 60 min. I thought I was getting 2 90 min massages and 1 60 min free.

I was able to use my credits on any service I had before with Massage Green, but I had to pay out of pocket or use my full 1hr credit for an additional 30 mins of service. I was not happy at all. I pay my membership every month so I should use it with additional service on top of my 1 hr massage.

My first time there. My room was close to the front desk so I could hear them talking. Wish the rooms were more soundproof.

Appointment was at noon, started my massage eleven minutes later. She, finished at 12:50 which is not 60 minutes, that I paid for.

The therapist was fabulous. I will be back for that alone. The experience was just not spa like.
