Since your new ownership it appears you have to now fill out a new client form with medicial history information. I don't think you should take up a clients time from their scheduled massage in order to do this. It was close to 15 minutes to complete and I feel there should have been an email or notification stating this needs to be done prior to massage so that your customers aren't paying for administrative needs required by the company. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Or ask people to do this online prior to coming in when they schedule an appt. I lost about 20 minutes of my paid for upgrade in my massage because of this issue. Not acceptable.

Clients need to come in 15 minutes prior to their appointment to fill out forms to make sure that they don’t lose their time with their massage. Prices became too high for me to have a massage twice a month and have an hour and a half massage.☹️

When Hand and Stone took over for Massage Green, the prices went up significantly from when I joined. I had just received and increase from Massage Green about 2 months prior to Hand & Stone taking over and then recieved another price increase. I feel that prior members should have been grandfathered in under their current rates and new members should pay the higher prices.

I loved my massage therapist! My issues are with the lack of options and or control that I have in how I wish to use my accumilated sessions. I have a lot of money invested from not using my monthly massage and my family shouldn't have to each pay $80 a month just to access the services. And if I cancel, I only have 90 days to use or lose.. and you won;t issue me gift cards in equal value to my accrued services.. I wish I prioritized my self cae and had been using my monthly credits instead of letting them stack up and now being faced with the possiblilty of losing it all since I can no longer afford the monthly cost.

I was waiting in the room for awhile and therapist started about 6:43 and ended at 7:25. I was shorted about 8 min.

An appointment for 4 pm might start around 4:15 to 4:20. Then they well stop 10 minutes early so you can get dressed. So an hour massage is about 35 minutes of actual massage. I used to be able ro use credits to extend 30 minutes but was not given this option on line.
