Front desk is always friendly. Kelly is very good at massaging the whole time. Room very clean and comfy. Only 1 thing is that the room next to ours (rm 10) is a bit noisy. I’m guessing it’s a storage area or something like that. That was the only 1 thing keeping me from fully relaxing. Thank you for all your staff does💖

The increase in the monthly cost from 69.99 to 79.99 was done discreetly. The lack of communication around this increase was bothersome. Now I have to reevaluate my budget in continuing this membership.

The massage room I was in was cold when the massage was finished. Kelly was an awesome therapist and did a great job.

Basically, it's quite a bit more money than what the previous owner charged. What used to be included in the previous pricing is now a la carte.

I originally joined because it is an excellent spa with very good owner. I’m not enjoying the corporate feel and having to do paperwork at every appointment.

I was not taken back to the massage room until after my appointment time. I undressed quickly but the therapist still took a few minutes to come back to the room even though the appointment was running behind. The therapist ended the massage right at 12:55 therefore not making up the time that was missed which was not my fault

Little on the expensive side. Too much upselling of products and add ons.

The massage with Alice was horrible in all ways, however the receptionist did resolve the problem kindly. The facial with Eva though was spectacular, I will be back to see Eva.

Most of the time I enjoy I my experience. I was with a new tech and it was awkward.

Massage therapist Ashely was very kind and welcoming.
