The website and app are horrible. I could not book my appointment on either and had to drive over in person to book.

I felt the massage was rushed even after adding on an extra 30 minutes and cold facial stone feature.

10 minutes late- she made up the 10 minutes but the person I came with then had to wait 10 minutes after

The therapist was nice and the massage was wonderful but between her flip flops and sniffling from a runny nose made it hard to zone out and relax to the max.

Prices keep going up. No linger the value it was before. Extra service costs are too expensive and time seems to get cut shorter and shorter

I booked a 90 min massage and although I didn't talk and may have appeared to be asleep, I think my therapist actually fell asleep a few times. The pauses in the last 20 min were often. Also, She started late and I was released before the 90 min. I would like the option of not talking during a massage but if I need to in order to monitor the therapist then I will do that.
