I always enjoy my experience at Hand and Stone. I love the poeple, the atmosphere and the overall feel of the entire experience. My massages are always very good and I feel so much better after my sessions. Thank you very much for providing such a great service! I wish you had a clinic in Monterey, CA where I live! I visit the location in San Marcos when I visit my family. Thank you so much. I do wish, however ,it was a little cheaper, so I could enjoy the massages a few times a month!

The massage therapists are really good. The front desk is nice. Massage beds are comfortable.

The receptionist is always very polite, friendly, and helpful. I like the location and the ambience, although it could use some upgrades, such as repairing the water feature in the couple’s room, and changing the lighting to indirect lighting. My therapist, Helene, was absolutely amazing.

Eva is esthetician with lots of experience very knowledgeable and very professional. She does a phenomenal job. She is person that make you feel welcome and make sure to provide the best service posible. I have been her client for years and follow her wherever she goes. In appreciate her very much and I hope that the company appreciates her too.

It was my first time at this spa. I was greeted warmly by both the receptionist and the esthetician when I arrived. The spa was lovely and comfortable. Eva was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my facial and options. It was a relaxing facial with great results. Kendra was friendly and helpful checking me in and out. I will be back!
