Overall, my experience was good. Great staff and my masseuse was awesome. Compared to other places I’ve been, it wasn’t extraordinary. However, I enjoyed the experience and will return.

Had a severe sinus infection and was tense in the neck and shoulders, she worked everything perfectly.

For the most part, highly satisfied. When leaving, was not busy, but no one said thanks or have a nice day. A little petty, but makes your experience better!

Costs have become almost unaffordable.

Overall experience was great. I’ve had two therapist both do different things but are good. I really enjoyed my visit on the 25th. I’ve had her before and I wish I could continue but she’s only during the week not the weekend so I would have to make changes on my part.

Found out the cost of service is going up more than I would like to pay.

I had to call several times before someone answered the phone. The reception area had a massive television playing Judge Mathis. Not exactly the vibe I wanted before a relaxing experience.

The most frustrating thing is I’m never able to get a hold of someone when I call and I never receive a callback. There are things that need to be answered be staff but getting an an answer over the phone is challenging since no one ever answers or picks up the phone. This is the nearest place and if it wasn’t for my membership I’d cancel because the lack of responsiveness is a big disappointment to me

I feel the cleanliness of the carpet throughout the facility could be changed. I have been a member for many years and always felt the carpet was not clean.. My massage therapist is amazing.
