They are very professional, and love that I receive notifications of my own upcoming appointments and are always friendly and kind every time I enter for my appointment

The most recent therapist was not a friendly as could be. seemed very hesitant to engage in any conversation. Was not unfriendly but could of engaged in conversation better.

My massage table was having electrical issues. And the floor was quite dirty under the table and I looked thru the headrest

The lights in the room were bright. If you torn the beds there are 2 beds in the room I was in it might be better ambiance wise.

I was a member before it became hand and stone. I just feel like I get less now.

I desire a 90 minute massage on Friday mornings and it's difficult to schedule one with a qualified therapist

I was moved around to a few different rooms. I was offered water but didn’t receive it. Uncle to use the bathroom due to a line. The masseuse felt new, the aesthetician felt very experienced.

My massage therapist seemed very nice and was respectful but I felt he applied too much pressure after telling him twice that I only wanted medium pressure. It was at times painful when it should be relaxing
