i made an online appointment for a massage that i was not given during my appointment because the receptionist felt i should have had an introductory massage which was not what i boooked and was not told to me till after my massage was complete during checkout. the massage lady i had kept telling me how dizzy she was and needed to take breaks during my massage. i had to ask her several times to lower her pressure which caused me to not be able to feel relaxed. i have never been to a massage place where i book an appointment and they take it upon themselves to change my booking based on their opinion. i have never been to a massage place that tells me i have strong energy and thus resulting in the massage therapist dizziness.

It took me 4 times calling in to finally get a manager to send me my cancellation paper work. I was constantly being told each day that a manager would get back to me and send the adobe form, but it took me calling the 4th day and just by chance getting them on the phone to have it done. It should not impossible to cancel a membership.

I was lage to my appointment, which was my fault, but I felt my massage therapist rushed through the appointment. I also specified target areas and she only focused on 1 of the 3 areas I spoke about.

I was able to book an appointment at the last minute for a Swedish massage. The massage was not a Swedish massage, yet relaxing. I actually have pain from the massage a day later(mid spine & neck).

Very nice man. Asked constantly if the stones were too hot, if the pressure was ok and if the spot loosened up with each action. He meant well but I couldn’t relax because I was constantly answering the questions.
