There is always room for improvement. My visit was good, I don’t have complaints about my visit. My complaints or hesitation is more about the distance I have to drive to be seen and the limited hours available for the therapists is like to see.

Increased Costs

I,WAS contented and please.

I asked that my feet & shoulders be focused on & to limit my ribs being rubbed. My ribs were excessively rubbed & he barely touched my feet.

I’ve been a member since 1/2015, with Hand & Stone taking over I don’t feel that you care about your members. I’ve read that my membership fees are drastically increasing, from $49.95 to $79.95, we are retired and living on a fixed income, other memberships programs honor/grandfather the member to the original contract terms. I’ve also been informed that I will lose 5 credits due to figuring these credits based on the new pricing, once a credit is earned they should always remain, especially since most of these were earned during the shut down due to COVID.

In massage therapy room, carpet ripped, also where base border where it meets the carpet, extremely dusty, light fixtures dusty
