I have been a member for a couple years now. I stand on my feet for at least 10 hours a day for work so I experience leg pain because my muscles are so tight, if I did not get a massage on a regular basis I wouldn’t be able to work like I do. When I find the therapist that can help me live a pain free life I am loyal to them. My therapist is Morgan she is amazing, she’s very educated, easy to talk with and excellent at what she does. Excellent customer service and massage.

I have been seeing this therapist for more than 5yrs - I almost don't care about anything else except being able to see her regularly. Though I was unhappy to find out my massage went up $20 with no notice.

I am used to my other massage therapist who knows my body pain better.

This was actually the 1st facial I've ever had so I have no frame of reference but was pleased with the overall relaxation w/in the procedure as well as the results.

Don't over sell a person. It puts expectations higher than what's delivered. Don't over sell a service, and under deliver ex salt stone full add on $35 "much longer service as much ad want basically " wrong! Vacuum room, dem lights, said she turn the bed warmer on high but never felt the temp change. Felt cold the whole time.

Only allowed to redeem points for 60 minute massages. I used to be able to use my extra points for the extra 30 minutes, now I have to pay an extra $40...therefore I haven't been scheduling as often as I used to. Finally tried a 60 minute and was brought back to the room late b/c she was behind schedule. My appointment started late (even after the 5 minute prep time) and yet it ended on time...I didn't get my full time paid for, was shorted almost 10 minutes. Not ok.

I have alot of problems areas, but the first one on my list was my lower back and hips/glutes, the hips/glutes were massaged and she even did some stretches which were great, but no massaging on the low back. I kept thinking she was going to go back to it but she did not. Also, it was hard to relax because the front desk staff were loud and laughing alot. You could hear right through the walls.
