Only allowed to redeem points for 60 minute massages. I used to be able to use my extra points for the extra 30 minutes, now I have to pay an extra $40...therefore I haven't been scheduling as often as I used to. Finally tried a 60 minute and was brought back to the room late b/c she was behind schedule. My appointment started late (even after the 5 minute prep time) and yet it ended on time...I didn't get my full time paid for, was shorted almost 10 minutes. Not ok.

I have alot of problems areas, but the first one on my list was my lower back and hips/glutes, the hips/glutes were massaged and she even did some stretches which were great, but no massaging on the low back. I kept thinking she was going to go back to it but she did not. Also, it was hard to relax because the front desk staff were loud and laughing alot. You could hear right through the walls.

My therapist was awesome! Did an amazing job, really felt listened to and relaxed. The only comment I have is that my time was cut short by almost 8 minutes. Other than that, everything was great!

Receptionist was great and so was the aesthetician, but I felt the massage therapist spent too much time rubbing my the temples on my head and touching my feet, and not really massaging. She was very pleasant, but kind of felt this was a lazy approach.

I'm perfectly happy with the service I received. I'm not highly likely to recommend hand and stone because I know very few people who would be looking for a recommendation for massage/facial services. I don't love going to a chain spa, I'd rather go to a local independent business, but the flexibility of times, ability to schedule last minute, and the fact that I'm happy with the services keep me coming back. I haven't had any bad experiences here.

Prices have went up, and the fact that there’s a $10 charge for me to transfer an unused Massage with anyone in my family. I’ve had a membership with green Massage for many years and they’ve never charged for transferring a massage.
