I had never been in before and decided to stop to have my tire checked as I had run over a screw in a previous month. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and friendly approach to my need. I was kept updated while I waited and didn't need them to change the tire after all resulting in them just doing an inspection for me. They didn't charge me to check my plug in the tire and I was surprised! The front desk and the mechanic were all very pleasant to deal with and I will most definitely be returning in the future for our family's car/truck needs. Thank you!

Midas did an exceptional job locating and installing my exhaust system. I had also asked for an oil change, but when it was being done Midas discovered that they hadn’t gotten the oil filter. It took almost 2 additional hours of waiting for the correct filter to arrive. I don’t have two hours to waste waiting for an oil filter that I can purchase at any of the local auto supply stores. Also, I had requested the oil change the day before it was scheduled. I don’t understand why the necessary items weren’t available when I arrived for the oil change. I know that this is a minor issue considering the superior performance of everyone related to my exhaust system repair, but it was both frustrating and annoying to sit in waiting area those two additional hours.

I had tires balanced & took for granted that they would be rotated as well. I didn’t request only assumed. It was my mistake but I would have appreciated rotation or offer of rotation.

I received a message online offering oil change for $59 seemed reasonable these days so i made appointment from that link, went in as scheduled he said would be $83 with fees and taxes, I thought that's more fees than expected. After I paid and left, I checked the invoice and the base price was $73 not $59 guess I should have questioned them with I was there, oh well I won't go back with my other vehicles.

Prices for oil, oil filter ,air filter. and tire pressure monitoring valve were excessive. lesson your over pricing so customers will return.

The coupon that I received in the mail was not honored. I was expecting to pay $30 plus tax but was charged almost $64.00. I wanted standard oil, but the desk person insisted on synthetic, then assured me that he would only charge for stranded, but he charged me full price for the synthetic and did not honor the coupon. They also broke a part of one of my hub caps, something that I'm supposed to return next week for. It took over an hour and though I was there before anyone they pulled another car in before mine that arrived later and was there for the same service. Bad experience.
