I wish that while I was given my facial, the steps were explained as they proceed. I kept asking what was being done to me…

Not comfortable with using a credit card to prepay. Prefer to use cash. Credit card was compromised and new one issued. Staff at Hand & Stone failed to remove old card info when requested.

Because of all the text I received to be there and on time and the appt I was suppose to have the week before was cancelled as I was getting out of my truck in the parking lot due to someone not there

It temporarily relieved pains, I’ve been having for a while. Stress reliever. Satisfaction guaranteed

Couples massage room next to noisy break room. Too much going on with employees. Definitely did not use their spa voice.

I was expecting to feel more relieved from the tension I have in my shoulders and neck, however I do realize it maybe because I have very stiff shoulders, like Rocks! I appreciate her efforts to give me the pressure I needed.

This was my first visit, so for me to rank it so high I would have to go multiple times to determine if it is highly exceptional. However my visit so far was very satisfying.
