Hand and Stone

The esthetician upgraded my facial without asking, so I assumed it was free as part of some promotion since it was my first facial. I was surprised when I checked out and had to pay $50 extra. It was a wonderful facial, and my esthetician was great. Just maybe need to be more clear next time.

Paying for a hour massage but only getting 50 minutes and the other 10 minutes is used for room preparation and dressing and undressing.

During my facial the bed felt as though my head was tilted backwards. Made it a little difficult to breathe with the blood rushing to my head. Would be nice if they had a pillow or something to lift the head a little.

I was told incorrect prices for additional services added on to my facial. I also joined the program and those fees were also incorrect. It was eventually corrected.
