This was the grand opening of this location. Staff were very happy and managers were visible and accommodating. The freebies were awesome also. The decor was nice and well lit unlike other locations which feel rather dark.

Food is very good, but it is lacking in quantity. Bakery is more expensive than other restaurants. Staff was EXCELLENT.

I did not feel the value was there for the money I spent. $14 for sampler with very small salad, small cup of soup and little frittata was not worth $14. I can get a hearty meal other places for $14 that would include a drink too. Everything else was great. I probably would only go back if I had a coupon to use.

Always good customer service when we go there. Friendly atmosphere and good quality food. We enjoy going to this location for overall service.

The bastille day but one get one free entree said it included full size salads but the associate said I could only pick from the entree category I really wanted the Ceasar salad but had to get something else to benefit from the special Did not want to argue with your associate though

We love la Madeline and always recommend coming here for good food and good company! The dessert is the best the cake is really good! All is good!!

I do not like how you’ve changed one of my favorite quaint places into any other typical place to eat. The decor is bland and speaks nothing of French charm.I do not like that I cannot talk to The person making my salad and I can’t see my food in order to make sure it’s customized as it’s being made. La Mad has lost its character, charm and soul.

It’s blah! It’s very American vs a French flare.

Order was not completed as requested. Had to double check and ask it be fixed. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Last time I was home before I realized.
