Some times they don’t have fresh bread to eat at the restaurant

This is the nicest La Madeleine I’ve seen. It’s very clean and staff is friendly. Loved my visit.

The environment is too modern for a classic la Madeline experience with the fireplace. The food was okay. There needs to be a fireplace.

Menu changed and we are no longer to able order the same items. Portions small for price. Would visit a nicer restaurant for a $60 meal— not worth it. Also, lost my saved rewards with those changes. Will not return to LaMadeleine because of these changes.

No Nutella croissants. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to prepare.

I ordered salad, soup and quiche. Both the quiche and the soup were colder than room temperature and the quiche tasted stale (not typical for this restaurant)

We had a good dinner. They did not get the dressing on the side and had to remake the order.

I have now visited and eaten at four La Madeleine restaurants in the DFW area -- McKinney, Plano, Frisco, and Prosper. By far, the ambiance at the McKinney location is the best the way it is laid out and because of the cozy fireplace. They should all be built similarly. The Plano location is very hard to find off of the road. Frisco was just ordinary. Prosper was set up more like a sterile, modern "First Watch" restaurant. Your designers need to make it feel "French." I had no complaints about the service, taste of the food, or time to serve it at Prosper, but it was not the 'special experience' like McKinney location has.

This was the first time that I encountered a small issue where my order accuracy was wrong. I phoned the restaurant and was given the choices and I opted to return the next day for a do over and the manger was extremely kind and remade my order for me.

This is my first time. The croissant sandwich was so small that I thought it was a kids meal. I did see others much bigger so, I’ll do better next time. Also, the pizza for my kids was burned but they replaced it right of way!
