Location still in training, but overall good experience.

The communication with the catering contact was very inconsistent. I would appreciate better and more timely follow through / follow-up. That being said, everyone was very nice and the order was delivered on time and accurately. Would love to use La Madeleine again if the communication is improved.

The food for my family was cold and the overall presentation was not as expected.

It took a long time For the food to come out. My husband ordered the crepe and for $10 it was not worth the $. It barely filled half the plate. I received my food after he had already finished his.

I LOVE LaMadaline and am thrilled the new location has opened near my home. However, it is very typical that the staff is confused and takes too long to get the order from the customers. I went midday with only two other customers in the building and stood at the counter for a solid five minutes before o was helped. And there was staff right there behind the counter. Including Jose, who appeared to be a manager.

I have had the quiche in other locations and I liked it but I ordered at this on (Prosper) and it tasted dry and like sone ingredient was missing, was not the same at all. My soup was not very warm either

Your chicken salad used to be all white meat. It's not anymore. At least not today at this Cafe. Very large pieces of dark meat. Is this your new standard? La Madeleine has always been a cozy, intimate place to meet a friend for lunch or where I could come and get a pastry and a cup of tea and read a book. This location is so loud because the ceilings are so high. And the music is too loud. It's so bright and not cozy at all. This is not the La Madeleine brand I know and love.

The almond croissants are always burnt. Very disappointed

Points not accruing and neither is order ahead option. Price for items is already expensive to be asking for a tip for to go service. App pay option is not active and I'm having to being in card and order at counter.

Line was back to the entry door and people were waiting and standing around for their items to be boxed People waited for tables to be cleaned so they could sit down. We had to use ice purchased from “Target” I ended up taking my to go because of unsatisfactory cleanliness
