la Madeleine

Overall this is not a very clean la Madeline in prosper location. The cups were not clean with stain on, and trash on the floor. The food was cold, croissant was stale. This place is indeed needing a better management.

I meant to say very satisfied.

Our party of 8 ordered together - * they only brought out 5 1/2 people's food * 2 of the 5 1/2 orders were incorrect. * The remaining 2 1/2 orders came out about 10-15 minutes later. * The dressing that came with our salad was tiny (less than a shotglass) in proportion to the size of the salad (an entire large plate). * When we asked for butter for the 3 croissants that came with our orders, we got two tiny containers. * The manager was friendly enough in offering to fix the two omelettes that were prepared wrong. One of us opted for getting their omelete fixed, but it never came out. Everyone was nice, and the food we got (albeit slow and prepared wrong) was tasty.

My to go order took 20 mins. I received my order at 2:27. If the food was excellent, the wait would not have been an issue. I should have checked the order before leaving but did not expect that I had to. The Turkey sampler had 2 thin half slices of turkey. The menu photos clearly show 4 slices. The stuffing was over saturated and very mushy. The Ham sampler had 3 thin half slices of ham while the menu photos show 5. The stuffing was mushy and the broccoli had no flavor or seasoning. Quite a disappointment.

17 minute ticket time on an American breakfast. The store was not even busy. After 15 minutes I had to go up to the counter and raise awareness to the staff who said it would just be a Little bit longer. Eggs were under cooked and smaller than usual portion. The tomatoes were rotten. Gross.

1. Ordered & paid for 2 bowls of soup, got home with 2 cups of soup. 2. Waited 25+ minutes for take-out order of soup. 3. Too many Indians, not even 1 visible Chief in charge!

I was highly Satisfied. It's great having a new LaM here in Prosper, TX. We will be going at least once per week.
