I came in multiple times asking questions about the issues I had with my tires, my dad would always tell me what I needed to do but he recently passed away. The staff understood my concerns and helped me with a quote, getting tires ordered and scheduling the work to be done. Upon arrival for my appointment the tech notified me of my oil change was needing done, I explained I was planning to go next door once I got refunded payment (my $ was stolen). He told me they can do it while they do my tires and gave me discount price on the oil change. They made me feel like they cared about their customers not just out for the $$ like a few of the other places I went. I will be going back and recommending Big O to others as well

The tire was a little pricey, but it is what it is. This was explain to me when I paid for the tire. The tire was not in stock, which is why I had to wait for the spare overnight. Everyone is very friendly and they got the job done as soon as they could.
