Big O Tires

Besides the wait time I don't have any complaints about this location. I get everything I come in for done/fixed and I think the prices are fair. Especially the policy with the tire warranty comes in very handy

Michael was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Went to competition and left. My car drives so much better with new tires and alignment. Michael kept me updated and I opened a Big O account.

Mike and Jason take really good care of my needs, always know what my car needs and fixes it to perfection. Great job guys.

The service writer Josh was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the experience. The crew seemed to like working there. They came right out and unloaded and re-loaded the wheels from my vehicle cheerfully and without my asking. Very professional.

I think they could explained a little bit better on how they come up with the price charged otherwise everything was fine.

I was getting a tire repaire. My wife was told the repaire has a long term warranty. When I spoke to the associate he informed me the repair does not come with any warranty. The tire repaire and rotating the wheels took 2 hours. I had to check regularly regarding the time it would take. They would not volunteer any updates or estimate time of repair. I had to ask many times. After I left, the associate informed me that the repair person forgot to leave the wheel lock in my car again. I have to drive back again to pick it up and drive back home. Added another 30 minutes to the two hours. I waited.
