Tire sensor was quoted too high of a price. I even told the person was too high of a quote. The paperwork was not shown to me (which was in his hand), and later I found that the quoted price was too high. Shady ethics. I could see a slight hatred of the worker and the person at the front when I asked for the paperwork and price. Did not give me an option to pick my tires. Or tell me the price of each tire. Went back home and found out PSI on my tired was not the suggested PSI (28 instead if 30). Possibly to get me think my struts were going bad, which was indicated as a not good but not enough to ask for a repair. Had to redo all my tires. Checked again and my tires stayed at 30 psi. Guy touched my door handle with a greasy hand. Guy went to lunch apparently and no one else checked on me.

I wasn't told that it was an hour and a half before they started my vehicle.

I am very satisfied with my experience. My concerns centers around using Nitrogen to fill the tires @ $ 40.00 for the pleasure. There is a benefit, but - it should have been my choice not an assumption

It could be helpful to have someone who speak Spanish in the front desk, The store will lose clients who do not speak English and Sacramento is full of Spanish speakers.

Don’t say you accept Groupon if you do not accept Groupon as well as communicate this BEFORE giving price of oil change.

I tried to do a price match and in order to do the price match the service guy upped the price in a different area so it didn’t do any good

Get people in there who are willing to actually be honest instead of just trying to instantly sell you something. This company would have got our business regardless, but now we're left feeling like information and advice was withheld from us as to leave the only option being "buy something". We just bought these tires, we were never told about needing an alignment and apparently due to this, our tires are already "ruined", yet he could not qualify it or tell us just exactly "how ruined" they were. A time frame would have been nice. He also said once rotated they would last "the remainder of the tires life", but later on said, he recommends replacing them. A complete contradiction and pretty frustrating. We are paying off our current tires and going elsewhere. Been pretty loyal to Big O but after all of this, that ends. Be honest with people. Thats how you build customer relationships that last decades.

The inexperience of the mechanics working on my car. This situation cost me a vacation I had planned for 3 years. Cost of a rental, cost of canceling my reservation, my time. All I got was I am sorry for my employees mistake....... No longer wil I ever bring my car back to Big-O
