Big O Tires

My vehicle broke down a day after leaving the shop, loud noise coming from underneath truck , now it won’t go into gear or park . After suspension work done. I went in for snow tires because I am headed to North Dakota for work . They recommended that I replace suspension parts, employee stated over and over that I would not make it to North Dakota without replacing suspension parts, (after putting on snow tires). When I notified them that I do not need snow tires if I can’t make it to the snow , they refused to take off tires . They then Collaborated and decided that only some of the suspension parts were a safety hazard . After convincing me that I would not make it to work alive without paying for suspension parts I had no choice but to pay for parts . I asked if it would cost me and arm and a leg their response was yes but if you don’t it will “cost you both arms and both legs”. The next day after picking up the vehicle I hear a loud pop from underneath the vehicle , vehicle won’t go into gear or park. Big O was notified and they said they can’t do anything for me . Very dissatisfied. Legal action will be taken . Thanks
