They did not reattach the scrape board under my car with all the connectors. i kept hearing a noise and but it was raining. But as i left the grocery store the sound was loader and no rain. When i got to my sons school I looked under and saw the cover hanging down. My husband called the shop and they said to bring my vehicle back. Problem is the shop is not that close and to drive all the way over there could potentially tear the whole bottom off, leaving everything exposed. So I parked my vehicle and went to dealership but the attachment piece would take a week to order. Went to Autozone and got some temporary ones. I was supposed to go today but never left my house. I will go tomorrow and I expect them to still have the attachments as my vehicle is 2022. This is the first time I have done an oil change outside of dealership. For my inconvenience they should rotate my tires for free.

Need more staff

Advertising for a price and then you accept make an appointment you west your time going to find out the want double the price of advertising. Scam to take you to store. I know you not going to do anything because you’re one of them

The oil change service was not dine properly as there was oil leakage and the car shut down. Your employee came home and TEMPORARILY fixed the issue , saying that it is permanently resolved. Our weekend turned into a nightmare thanks to your service and we regret choosing you for a simple oil change service. The car shut down again as the oil leaked again. We had NO issue with the car prior to your service. I will be contacting you tomorrow after 4 30 pm as you need to resolve this issue on an urgent basis. 832 670 1865 is my cell number. Just do what customer tells you , only wanted oil change nothing else period

Speak the truth to your customers about the condition of the vehicle. Stop lying.

After being told my breaks were too loose (Everyone there was told something additional was wrong with their vehicle.) I was told they would have to fix it before changing my oil. Alarmed, I took my car to my regular mechanic, went on to get two more opinions, convinced Midas was reputable and all shops assured me the breaks were fine and that the break pad was nowhere near hitting the floorboard as the Midas reps described. I now realize they were full, and the tech that went to service my car was pretty upset at even more work to do ( I called same day for my appointment) I hate to assume this, but I am convinced he just didn’t want to do the service.
