The appointment time was fitting to my schedule The Massage Therapist did a great job addressing the areas with ache very well The ambience in the massage room is oaky.....nothing special ! The only disappointment was that Vince (the Owner) offered to give me a $10 discount but on paying the Bill the Discount was not there & the receptionist was not aware of it & would not adjust the billing amount. Miscommunication , I suspect

My therapist Yvonne spend a good amount of time to understand what exactly my issue was and then focused on this part. It was very efficient.

I am always very satisfied by my visits to Calgary Gateway. The receptionist is always friendly and knowledgeable, and my massages with Lesley are excellent. She spends time on my problem areas and she always ensures I'm comfortable and that the pressure is to my liking.
