Headrest is uncomfortable, possibly insufficient padding Therapist is friendly, skilled, and respects my preference for a quiet massage. Time given to undress and wait on table was a bit too long

I expected my appointment to start right at my appointment time. She didn't ask if the pressure was ok and the areas I wanted focused on was not really focused on

Still had a lot of pain in the areas I was having the pain, a lot of pressure wasn’t applied

Because the appointment started late I was only able to receive 45 mins of massage even though I booked and paid for a 60 min massage and arrived 10 mins early to my appointment

The therapists method was very fast strokes, I find those who use slower are able to get muscles to release.

Highly satisfied is tough to give out.

I felt that there was not enough time on each problem area although I do have a few. I could have used more pressure but the therapist was knowledgeable and friendly. I would try this therapist again

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the services provided at this location. It's been almost a year since I became a member. The only part is that the turnover of staff is pretty steep. Wish therapists would stay longer at this location. I'm now at my 4th therapist.

It was a good experience. No real issues at all.

The massage therapist I booked with used techniques that were not what I experienced in past. She also took several minutes do return to the room after I was ready to begin (maybe 10?) overall, just not as effective as what I experienced with the therapist I’ve seen in the past at this location.
