I’ve been coming here for a few years and I thoroughly enjoy the staff and experience. The desk team are always friendly and professional. I like that they use my name as well. And Chris is an exceptional massage therapist.

My massage therapist is always so friendly and happy to address my issues. She always checks in with me and adjusts when needed. At the end she always offers me water, which is a little thing but means a lot as I tend to get lightheaded after.

The therapist is highly skilled, did some assessments based on my concerns, and laid out a plan for treatment. Good communication throughout, and is clear about both short and long term goals. Also the reception staff (both day/eve) know exactly what they are doing and instantly make you feel welcomed. That makes a huge difference in the overall experience and desire to return.

My schedule is unpredictable, so I appreciate the opportunity to catch a last minute appointment. The therapist was wonderful. My neck and back felt dramatically better after the appointment. Thank you!
