Wished my therapist focused more on the area of cincern

Effective friendly service.

Bit expensive.

No real reference point. Had a great experience, but haven't had a massage before and really don't have a reference point.

Didn’t cover a specific muscle as good as others. Maybe can ask patient if that was enough. But overall I really liked it the therapist was so great

I could hear conversations either outside/beside the room partway through my session. It may have just been another massage therapist escorting a client in/out in the hallway but my suggestion would be reducing noise transfer between the room/outside.

The receptionist is welcoming and kind but the waiting area is very cluttered and not welcoming. It seriously needs an overhaul. As for the therapist, nothing wrong at all, but I personally need additional services which I'll book next time.
