Big O Tires

Had a 17.99 coupon for oil change. Truck took 1/2 quart more oil? Out the door for $30. Seems a stretch to go from $18 to 30 for a half quart. Every time I go here the price fluctuates. Sometimes higher, sometimes lower.

I was charged approximately $400 more than I expected because of various, non-communicated fees. I was also charged over $100 for a tire protection plan that was not mentioned/offered when given the quote of the tires. Additionally, when I got my car back, there were several black dirt/oil/grime stains on the interior roof of my vehicle. Never have I received my vehicle back in a dirtier condition than it was dropped off in when having work done on it.

Perform service in a timely manner and have a manager with an understanding of professionalism after all they were chosen to represent your company
