Need better customer service from employees and company needs to upgrade website to improve customer service for tire checks tire pressure and maintenance reminders like your competitors discount tire.

My appointment was only for 2 15in tires , came out to 300$ . When each tire coast less than 100$. My husband went to take the car , employee said that “I said I had an alignment as well”. Which in my appointment details that was never discussed or explained to me. They cheated me & my husband in a time of need. Will not be going back .

I went in to an alignment and they didn’t even get to do my alignment but still charged me because he said they tired to do it.
