Took forever to get checked in. Then the associate couldn't find my reservation. Very frustrating!

I brought in a set of tires and wheels for my RV. I specifically asked for the new tires to be balanced as they are for a higher end RV. I know this is not typical for a trailer tire, but I mentioned it to the gentleman at the counter several times. Unfortunately I was trusting when I picked up and I didn't check for balancing weights, I didn't notice until I got back home and started installing them. I live over an hour from the shop so it wasn't worth the fuss to call back and make another drive.

I had an appointment it still took 4 1/2 hours for an oil change and balance and rotate and when it was finally done there computers went down couldn’t check me out I had to run and get $$ to pay for it this whole experience was a disaster guy helping me did even offer an apology I learned my lesson and never going back
