The line took forever. They sent us out in the parking lot looking for a car in location that didn't exist nor did the car. We had to be issued another car. The attendant leaving was rude and never spoke a word.

Poor service. Coupon was not accepted. Staff was rude. Maui has a since of entitlement. Be careful how you treat tourist.

Hertz was understaffed, highly disorganized, took a hour to get my car that I had already previously reserved. Staff was friendly, but would of been easier with clear direction and more staff.
