Big O Tires

I have been taking my car to Big O tires for years and have always had great success.

Great experience Tod getting my tires rotated. Had a 1pm appointment and got there early and they got me right in and finished very fast. I was very happy with my visit.

Jon was extremely helpful. I was unsure if the tire I picked would work for my car so I gave a call and he got me in immediately and made sure I got the safest option installed.

Ease of the appointment and the ease of getting the warranty on the one tire and the recommendation for replacing an additional tire

6 month warranty on alignment was honored without question.

Advice was direct and clear. Also appreciate that when the struts were inspected Iwas told they were fine verses the dealer telling me they required replacement due to leakage which apparently wasnt the case.

Unbelievably quick and it’s also a good place to hang out for whatever wait there is

Easy location and drive in and attention. Service was quick and appreciated.
