awesome service as always

I went to another pawn store before going to this one. That other place was dirty and the staff there ignored me and was somewhat rude. I immediately left that place and came to Cash America. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly "How can we help you?". The lady that took care of me was AWESOME!! She handled my transaction with professionalism and friendliness. She made me feel welcome and made me say...'That is the only place I will deal with from now on" I have since then highly recommended Cash America to many others. The other place made me feel like they tried to cheat me....my sales person at Cash America treated me with the utmost respect and I felt like I got an awesome deal. Thank you Cash America for treating your customers like family. Simply love this place and WILL be going back!!

Always have great customer service when I come in and like always give me the price for what I bring in as well as today they were able to give me what I was asking.

I am always glad to visit the store due to the friendliness of staff and prompt service I receive. I do lots of business with the facility and plan to continue. I can say I have never been dissatisfied with my service. The only time I have had a problem is during an influx of customers, taxing the staff to the max, but staff was quick to assist everyone including me.
