It was routine. The cashier was friendly and got me in and out.

The customer service was slow. I stood too long before someone greeted me or offered to help. I took in jewelry and the associate appeared to lack knowledge on the quality of diamonds. I had a free coupon for a free movie and the selection was poor. I was disappointed in my visit and did not leave fully satisfied.
